About HKOK
Hi, my name is Aaron Lange, owner of His Kingdom Our Kingdom.
His Kingdom Our Kingdom is an Athleisure and Sports uniform manufacturing company for Catholic (Christian) consumers, educational institutions, and teams, specializing also in other consumer products such as coffee and fragrances. This company has been a long time in the making, and the idea has been implanted in my heart by the Lord and has survived through my thickest and ugliest personal and spiritual battles. But, His Kingdom Our Kingdom is not just a business. It is a ministry, and my goal is to do my part here on earth re-uniting all Christians under one true Faith in Jesus Christ while bringing those lost and with hardened hearts back into the most loving arms of Abba, our Father.
Will you help me save souls?
Inspiration behind the brand. Why His Kingdom Our Kingdom? Why the Three Crosses?
Everyone can recognize the three crosses, but not everyone truly understands the message the three crosses. Jesus is nailed to the cross in the middle. Jesus, our Lord, our Lamb, who's blood was slain as an eternal offering to the Father on behalf of our sins, promised the Kingdom of Heaven to those who believe in Him.
We find two criminals crucified with Jesus, both to his left and his right, who we presume to be lifelong sinners. One insulted and reviled Jesus, saying “If you are the Christ, then save yourself and us (Luke 23:39)” The other thief rebuked him saying: “Have you no fear of God since we are under the same sentence of condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we are receiving the due reward of our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong.” He said, “Jesus, remember me when you come in your kingdom (Luke 23:40-42).'' Jesus said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise (Luke 23:43)”
This is the central message of the Three Crosses. Jesus promises eternal life to anyone who believes in Him. True, genuine belief that you live out in the very moment of the life that you are gifted, a belief that is obedient to the will of God and perseveres to the end. One thief chose to die with his sins, remaining with a closed heart in denial to his literal savior on the cross next to him, ultimately choosing eternal damnation for himself. The other thief, the repentant thief, recognized his guilt and Jesus’ innocence, and called upon Jesus to remember him, confessing guilt of his sins, choosing to die free of them and enter the Kingdom of Heaven with Jesus.
So it is with us. His Kingdom is Our Kingdom and we believe in the one who sacrificed it all for us out of unending and boundless love that in Him we will inherit eternal life.
But why care about The Kingdom of God? How does our brand name fit into this message?
I was at a community service based church camp called Camp Fort Worth (CFW) during the summer of 2015 where we were tasked with brainstorming a name for my small group based off of the Our Father.. Twice in the Our Father is God’s Kingdom mentioned, “Thy Kingdom come” and “For the Kingdom, the Power, the Glory are yours..” I immediately thought how fitting of a name for our group His Kingdom Our Kingdom would be, for God wants all of us to claim our inheritance with Him; He loves us so much and He wants every single believer and non-believer alike to become a believer and join Him in heaven.
Through the ultimate Sacrifice of our lord Jesus Christ on the cross, we have inherited the right to our eternal salvation in God’s Kingdom. No more were the early saints waiting. No more were the gates of heaven closed off. In the Kingdom of Heaven, there will be no more pain, no more crying, no more suffering, no more hunger, only righteousness and joy in the eternal presence of God. Through the precious sacrifice of Jesus’ blood, we have inherited this place in God’s eternal Kingdom, a free gift to all, those who accept it. All we have to do is accept it and live out our faith, and it is OUR DUTY to spread THIS good news.
BUT HOW is His kingdom OURS?
Jesus reminds us in John 14:1-7 & in Matthew 25:34 that The Kingdom of Heaven is ours…
John 14:1-7.
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.”
Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”
& Matthew 25:34:
“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.”
That entire week at camp we tried to understand and implement how we could incorporate all of our community service to fit into that central message of God’s Kingdom belonging to His people, belonging to US. We are reminded in our daily lives to preach the good news to everyone and make them aware of the good news that God so loved the world he sacrificed His only son so that we may be redeemed and have eternal life in the body of Christ.
Spreading that good word to the entire world is the core central message/theme of HKOK, as it was to the people we served in our Youth Camp, and as it was to the apostles after Jesus ascended into heaven. That is what His Kingdom our Kingdom seeks to spread through our company, and we would LOVE IT if YOU joined us.
Let’s go and save the world together!
